30A Adjustable DC Motor Controller

This PWM speed controller accepts 7–70V DC input and regulates motor speed from 0% to 100% using a front-panel rotary knob. Maximum continuous output current is 30A, with practical power thresholds defined per voltage: 250W max at 12V, 350W at 24V, 450W at 48V, and 500W at 60V. It includes a fitted 30A fuse for motor-side protection and uses 2.5mm² (12AWG) copper conductors — 26cm lead length (30cm including terminal seat). Housed in impact-resistant ABS plastic, it operates at a stable 12kHz PWM frequency. The potentiometer connects via a 15cm flexible cable for flexible positioning. Designed exclusively for DC motors. Requires input power supply ≥1.5× motor’s rated power, with identical voltage rating to the motor.
