34T Oval Chainring 104BCD

This 34-tooth chainring uses a true oval profile and is built for cranksets with a 104mm Bolt Circle Diameter. It fits standard 4-bolt MTB, BMX, and select road cranks. Constructed from high-quality aluminium alloy, it delivers low weight without compromising rigidity — its carefully calibrated thickness prevents bending or resonance under load. The oval geometry supports a more circular pedal motion by modulating chainring radius: larger effective diameter during peak torque application (3–5 o’clock position), smaller radius during recovery (9–1 o’clock). This results in reduced muscular tension, less strain on tendons and ligaments, and improved cadence consistency. Its dual-tooth configuration — combining forward-angled and rearward-angled teeth — creates symmetrical chain retention on both upstroke and downstroke.
