DTS6012M is a fully integrated single-channel dToF ranging small module, integrating a self-developed high-sensitivity infrared enhanced SPAD sensor with a range of 20m. The chip integrates time-correlated photon threshold algorithm, histogram statistical algorithm and fast TDC architecture, etc., to achieve high- ranging while achieving 12m@160KLux resistance to ambient light and reflectivity correction function. DTS6012M integrated power module, powered by a single 3.3V power supply, with built-in temperature compensation function. Supports and UART interfaces, easy to integrate and use, and uses a compact and reliable optical LGA package, with small size and light weight, it is an excellent choice for micro-dToF applications.
