4-Mode Wall-Mounted ABS Pet Flap

This pet door is manufactured from high-density ABS plastic — chosen for its proven durability in outdoor architectural applications across Northern Europe. It is designed exclusively for wall installation, offering seamless integration into brick, rendered block, timber-frame, or insulated panel walls. Four size options — Small (18 × 18 cm), Medium (22 × 22 cm), Large (26 × 26 cm), and Extra Large (30 × 30 cm) — reflect actual UK pet size distributions and align with common domestic cat and small dog shoulder widths. Each includes a complete hardware set: galvanised screws, cavity wall anchors, alignment template, and closed-cell foam gasket. The 4-way locking system functions through a manually operated dual-slider — providing unambiguous, maintenance-free selection of Open, Only In, Only Out, and Fully Locked. Internal geometry ensures the flap cannot be forced open in locked modes, and the low-torque hinge allows even young or elderly pets to operate it confidently. No batteries, sensors, or calibration required. Unlike door-mounted units, this solution avoids altering load-bearing doors, preserves fire-rated door integrity, and eliminates gaps around door edges that compromise acoustic and thermal performance — making it a preferred choice for modern UK homes focused on comfort, safety, and longevity.
