Although the entire herb grinder is dishwasher safe, it is recommended to disassemble the parts to effectively clean all components. Remove the top of the herb grinder. Rinse the herb grinder to remove any remaining herbs from the device. Hold the herb grinder with the blades facing up. Squeeze the two tabs on the sides of the body with one hand. With the other hand, turn the locking ring counter-clockwise until it is free of the herb grinder. Using extreme caution, remove the rotating blade and the stationary blade. Remove the insert from the body. Parts are ready to be cleaned. Assembly process: Put the insert into the body and install the stationary blade first.
