Each tool is CNC-machined from C45 carbon steel, hardened to 52–56 HRC, and finished with a matte black oxide coating for corrosion resistance. The core functionality relies on geometric precision: a central 30° internal cone engages the pipe bore to form a defined chamfer, while three external reamers—each ground to 15° positive rake—shear away external burrs during rotation.
