This high-current DC-DC boost module delivers up to 600W effective output power, accepting 10–60V DC input and providing continuously adjustable 12–80V DC output. Its physical size is approx. 76 × 60 × 56 mm (2.99 × 2.36 × 2.2 in), and it uses a black-and-green PCB layout. The module features a purpose-built thermal architecture: the boost board is fixed directly above the heatsink using long screws, forming a mechanically and thermally unified assembly ready for immediate installation. It supports both constant voltage and constant current modes, though as a non-isolated boost converter, constant current performance is inherently tied to input voltage, output voltage, and load resistance. Conversion efficiency reaches up to 95% under optimal voltage-current combinations. Protection includes fuse-based short-circuit safeguard. Input current rating is up to 15A; output current is adjustable up to 10A. Output power obeys P = V_in × 10A — thus full-rated 600W requires ≥60V input (e.g., 60V × 10A); at 24V input, max output power is ~240W. For reliable operation, always power the module before attaching the load — particularly essential when using 12V sources, where sudden load application can pull input voltage below 10V and destroy the power stage. Parallel operation of multiple units at input or output is not supported and will disable current limiting, leading to unpredictable current distribution and potential failure.
