72A Isolated Mounting Thyristor Module

This semi-controlled thyristor module features a white ABS housing and aluminium alloy thermal base, designed for secure DIN-rail or chassis mounting in industrial enclosures across the UK and EU. Physical dimensions support standard footprint compatibility, and total weight is approximately 280g. Key electrical specifications include: gate trigger current (Igt) = 50mA, gate trigger voltage (Vgt) = 0.7V, forward repetitive peak voltage (Vdrm) = 1200V, reverse repetitive peak voltage (Vrrm) = 1600V, and maximum average DC current = 72A. The isolation barrier between the baseplate and terminals is rated to withstand ≥2500V AC for 1 minute. Semiconductor junctions are protected by industry-recognised glass passivation, enhancing dielectric strength and environmental resilience. All internal power connections use ultrasonic welding for mechanical integrity and low-resistance conduction under thermal stress.
