Adjustable Foldable Projector Mount Arm

A purpose-built, wall-mounted projector support with 20 cm reach and genuine fold-flat functionality. Constructed from cold-rolled steel (2 mm thickness), finished in matte black powder coating for resilience and subtlety. Supports projectors up to 15 kg and accepts VESA 75×75 mm and 100×100 mm patterns. Provides calibrated 90° tilt and full 360° rotation, both lockable without tools after initial setup. Supplied with UK-compliant M4/M6 screws and wall anchors rated for common substrates: timber stud, brick, blockwork, and plasterboard with stud support. The mounting plate features countersunk screw holes for flush wall contact, and the arm’s pivot axis is offset to maximise usable tilt range without base interference. Folded depth is measured at 4.7 cm—including hardware—ensuring compatibility with UK recessed wall sockets and skirting board profiles. Cable routing slots run the full arm length and accept up to 8 mm diameter bundled cables. Field-deployed across UK use cases: retrofitted into conservation-area flats where ceiling mounts are banned; deployed in NHS training suites needing infection-control-friendly wipeable surfaces; and adopted by local councils for community hub AV upgrades—where simplicity, longevity, and regulatory alignment outweigh flashy but fragile alternatives.
