商品詳細

AS5048A 14-Bit Full-Rotation Encoder

The AS5048A-based magnetic encoder provides true 14-bit absolute angle measurement across 360°, with 16,384 distinct positions per revolution. It leverages non-contact Hall-effect magnetic sensing — eliminating wear, dust sensitivity, and optical contamination issues found in incremental or optical encoders. Digital output is available via SPI or I²C; a dedicated PWM output enables direct connection to timers or comparators without software overhead. Zero-angle programming is done in-system using standard serial commands — no factory calibration or special tools needed. The device maintains accuracy despite magnet misalignment and temperature fluctuations from -40°C to +150°C. Encased in durable synthetic paperboard and supplied with ready-to-use wiring, it’s engineered for rapid prototyping and industrial deployment.
