Bakelite Multi Radius Router Template Jig

This corner radius template jig is fabricated from monolithic Bakelite — a rigid, impact-resistant thermoset material with proven longevity in workshop tooling applications. Its footprint is approximately 200 mm × 200 mm, thickness 6 mm, and weight around 180 g. Four discrete, fixed-radius arc profiles — R15 mm, R30 mm, R60 mm, and R200 mm — are precision-milled into the surface, each forming a true quarter-circle with continuous curvature and finely finished edges. The jig operates as a passive, external guide: placed adjacent to the workpiece corner and secured with clamps or tape, it directs the router’s bearing-guided bit along a flawless circular path.
