Cook's Bear Garlic is a perennial herb from the Amaryllidaceae family. It has been widely used in Europe and Asia. You can eat its bulb and leaves as a vegetable or condiment. It is excellent raw in salads. Its leaves are used in the form of pesto and soup, as a spice in salads or herbal teas. Bear's garlic is also a very ancient medicinal plant known to the Celts and Germans. We found some remains in Neolithic dwellings. In recent years, it has regained sudden popularity. Sweeter than garlic, it is very popular for spicing up dishes. It is recommended to mix 2 tablespoons in 50 cl of oil with a teaspoon of salt, to make a flavored oil. Let sit for a few days.
