Benefibra Liquida di Gsk is a food supplement of PHGG fiber, soluble and non-gelling fiber that derives from an enzymatic hydrolysis process of Guar Gum. Thanks to this process, the fiber always remains liquid and does not cause the typical disorders of other fibers, i.e. swelling, flatulence and meteorism. High in fiber, 5g per sachet, it is a valuable aid in cases where the intake of dietary fiber with the normal diet is reduced or the need for fiber is increased. Benefibra helps regulate intestinal activity (both in the case of slowed and accelerated transit) and taken in cycles, it reduces intestinal irritability. We recommend taking 1 sachet a day, in the morning, at least 4 weeks. It can be mixed with fruit juice or yogurt. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age.
