Then put on a strainer and pour ground coffee into the strainer (do not tamp it). We use the stove. As the water boils, it turns into steam and then moves from the lower tank to the top, brewing coffee in the strainer. When you hear steam whistling from the bottom opening, remove the coffee maker from the stove. Total brewing time takes 3-4 minutesEspresso served in a small cup, warmed before serving, with a capacity of approx. 70-100 ml ml, fills it halfway.
