Brass Knurled Nut Insertion Tip Set

Precision-engineered brass knurled nut insertion tips for T12/900M soldering irons — compatible with M2, M2.5, M3, M5, M6 and M8 brass nuts. Each tip is threaded to screw directly onto standard T12 heating elements (936/T12 compatible), converting your soldering iron into a dedicated hot-melt nut embedding tool. Made from solid brass for superior thermal conductivity and mechanical strength; knurled surface ensures secure grip during insertion. Designed specifically for embedding brass nuts into 3D printed thermoplastic parts (e.g., PLA, ABS, PETG) without melting or deforming surrounding material. Includes two interchangeable threaded adapters to fit common T12-style irons. Total weight: approx. 45 g per tip set; individual tip length: ~22 mm; diameter at base: ~6 mm.
