With a so-called 3 Part Form, you can create perfect praline shells, chocolate cups, and many other designs with ease and perfection - without wasting expensive melted chocolate. Using marked filling lines on the molds, as well as with inserts used to create the shape of the shell itself, you can say "goodbye" to turning and twisting the mold to coat the walls with chocolate. Check out the 3-molds here. Instructions: 1. Pour/spray your melted chocolate or candy into each cavity, up to the edge. Gently tap the mold to level the chocolate and remove any air bubbles. 2. Place in the refrigerator/freezer and let the chocolate set. The time depends on the size and what is stated in the recipe. 3. Once your chocolate shell has set, pour in your chosen filling (caramel, jam, ganache, etc.) and then seal with a layer of chocolate. Then let the chocolate set again. 4. Carefully remove the praline from the mold.
