Carbide Claw Type Flat Bottom Drill Set

This 4-piece set comprises claw-type hex milling drills engineered for flat-bottom hole creation in woodworking applications. Constructed from cemented carbide for hardness and thermal stability, each drill has a reinforced barrel profile and thick blade stock suitable for repeated sharpening. The central gear ensures secure chuck engagement, while the PTFE-coated body reduces adhesion of chips and resin during prolonged use. Its directional edge geometry allows uniform waste removal regardless of rotation angle, supporting accurate flat-bottom results in both straight and angled drilling setups. Rated for use on column drills, vertical drills, percussion drills and portable electric drills — strictly not compatible with routers due to speed limitations (1200–6000 rpm only). Suitable for wood, plywood, plastic and composite sheet materials. Common uses include hinge mounting, drawer fitting, wardrobe assembly and flat-bottom perforation in domestic and light commercial workshops.
