Carbide Flat Bottom Hex Milling Drill Set

Made from cemented carbide for exceptional wear resistance and longevity. Each drill features thick, re-sharpenable blades and a central gear design that ensures precise alignment and prevents walking or wobbling during operation. The PTFE-coated body reduces chip, resin, and residue adhesion for smoother cutting and easier cleaning. Optimised circular edge geometry enables efficient waste removal in all directions, delivering clean, accurate flat-bottom holes every time. Designed for use on column drills, vertical drills, portable electric drills, percussion drills, and magnetic base drills — but not routers (max 6000 rpm, min 1200 rpm). Suitable for wood, plywood, plastic, and soft non-ferrous materials. Includes 4 claw-type hex milling drills with barrel-shaped profiles for versatile flat-bottom holemaking in cabinetry, hinge installation, furniture assembly, and DIY woodworking projects.
