All the aroma goes with the cup, while the bitter substances remain in the sump.Melitta original coffee filters are made from Nordic paper pulpThe filters do not contain recycled fibers. The punched edges are embossed mechanically, i.e. no glue or other binders are used. The coffee filters are both Swan and FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified for the good of the environment.
