Compact Digital Irrigation Timer

Measuring 12.5 x 8.5 x 6.5 cm and weighing 320 g, this digital irrigation timer delivers up to 12 L/min at pressures between 0.1 and 0.8 MPa. It runs on 4 AA batteries (not supplied) and features a clear LCD screen with tactile buttons for direct programming. After inserting batteries, the unit initiates an automatic self-check of valve movement, confirming readiness within seconds. The housing is made from UV-resistant ABS plastic, sealed to IP65 standard for long-term outdoor reliability in variable European climates. Designed for universal use, it integrates with rotary sprinklers, fixed-pattern spray nozzles, and 16 mm drip irrigation tubing — fitting standard 3/4" GHT threads found on UK taps and hoses. Its small footprint allows mounting in tight locations: behind outdoor taps, inside planter boxes, or clipped to fence posts. For small-yard lawn care, set timed morning cycles to reduce evaporation and support healthy grass growth during drier periods. On apartment balconies, use it to deliver measured water to pots of lavender, chillies, or strawberries — maintaining ideal moisture without daily attention. In raised vegetable beds, combine with drip lines to supply steady hydration along crop rows, adjusting timing as seedlings mature into fruiting stages.
