Copper-Bodied Hall Proximity Sensor

This M12-sized Hall effect proximity switch uses a durable copper shell for superior thermal dissipation and EMI shielding. Measuring approximately 12 mm in diameter with standard metric threading, it weighs minimally and fits tightly into confined control panels or machinery housings. Its operating voltage spans two flexible ranges: 5–24 VDC and 6–36 VDC. With a rated output current of 200 mA and a consistent 10 mm detection distance for permanent magnets, it delivers reliable digital switching signals. Core electronics include integrated voltage regulation, signal amplification, noise-filtering Schmitt triggering, and an open-collector NPN output stage. The inclusion of a TVS diode ensures resilience against voltage spikes commonly found in industrial power distribution networks.
