Copper-Bodied Hall Proximity Switch

Engineered for demanding industrial use, this M12 cylindrical Hall effect proximity switch features a corrosion-resistant copper shell, ensuring long-term durability in humid or mildly aggressive environments. Its dimensions conform to standard M12 mechanical fitments, enabling drop-in replacement in existing sensor mounts. The device operates from either 5–24 VDC or 6–36 VDC, delivering stable digital output signals even under fluctuating supply conditions. With a fixed 10 mm sensing range for permanent magnets only, it avoids unintended activation from nearby steel structures — a known issue with generic inductive sensors. Output is NPN three-wire normally open, rated for continuous 200 mA current, and designed to interface directly with industrial controllers and logic circuits. Core signal conditioning includes voltage regulation, differential amplification, and Schmitt-trigger hysteresis to ensure clean, bounce-free switching at up to 320 kHz.
