Copper Round Head Solid Rivets M8 x 45mm for Electrical Applications

Solid Copper Rivets with Dome Head – M8 x 45 mm, Violet Finish These solid copper rivets offer a dependable fastening solution for a range of mechanical and electronic projects. Each rivet is crafted from high-quality copper, chosen for its natural corrosion resistance and excellent electrical conductivity. The dome head provides a neat, rounded finish once installed, while the solid construction ensures a secure and lasting hold. Practical Fastening for Workshop Use The rivets are designed for straightforward installation. After inserting the rivet through the workpiece, the end of the shank is struck, pressed, or spun to form a secure fastening. In certain applications, the head can be work-hardened to increase its strength, adding to the versatility of these fasteners. This makes them well suited for use on electronic workbenches and mechanical shafts where a firm, reliable connection is required. Electrical Conductivity and Cold Forming Thanks to the inherent electrical conductivity of copper, these rivets are particularly well suited for electrical applications where a conductive connection is needed. The material also responds well to cold forming, allowing the rivet to be shaped to suit your specific fastening requirements. Supplied as a pack of two, these M8 x 45 mm rivets provide a practical and effective choice for your assembly tasks.
