DC 5–12V Sensorless Motor Controller

Driver board measuring 6 × 4.5 cm (2.36 × 1.77 inches), featuring plastic housing and standard electronic components. Rated for DC 5–12 V input and up to 1.2 A operational current. Compatible with sensorless 3-wire and 4-wire brushless motors — especially hard disk drive and optical drive spindle motors. Offers full-speed adjustment (0%–100%) and phase inversion control. Includes reverse voltage and over-current protection circuits. Terminal screws require firm tightening: inadequate contact may lead to phase loss and irreversible IC damage. To identify the COM terminal on a 4-wire motor, use a multimeter on resistance mode — the pin with equal lowest resistance to the other three is the common connection point.
