DC Motor Forward Reverse Controller, 4V-40V 20A High Current Self-Locking PO Version for Automation

This DC motor forward/reverse controller offers reliable high-current control for automation and DIY projects. The PO version features a self-locking mode: once the forward switch (K1) is pressed, the motor runs forward continuously until it receives a reverse signal (K2) or a stop signal (SW1). All inputs use active-low logic and are compatible with NPN-NO three-wire sensors. The limit/stop signal works in trigger or level mode—if a brief limit signal is received during forward rotation, the motor stops and stays stopped until the forward command is given again. The controller supports a wide input voltage range of 4V–40V (recommended 6V–36V for reliable performance). Motor output voltage equals input voltage. With a green PCB design, it consumes only 0.6W under no load (0.1W static). Response time is 20ms for K1/K2 and 50ms for SW1/SW2. It handles up to 20A output current and is rated for 150,000 operation cycles. Compact size (83×46×20mm) makes it ideal for space-constrained setups.
