Disposable 3-Layer Tar-Reduction Filters

Slim-profile (24 mm × 6.5 mm), single-use cigarette filters manufactured from food-safe plastic approved under EC 1935/2004. Three-tier internal structure comprises: (1) front-facing microporous film blocking macro-particulates, (2) middle bed of high-capacity polymer beads absorbing condensed tars, and (3) rear non-woven fibre mat capturing residual fines. Total net content: 100 pieces. Packaged in a robust, tamper-resistant round container with positive-lock lid — tested for drop resistance up to 1.2 m and humidity resistance at 85% RH for 90 days. No flavour additives, sweeteners or cooling agents are included — guaranteeing neutral interaction with all tobacco types including Virginia, Burley and Oriental blends. Each filter is rated for 3–5 standard cigarettes depending on puff intensity and tobacco density. Not suitable for slim or super-slim formats below 6 mm diameter. Practical applications include reducing smoke-related discomfort during prolonged indoor smoking bans compliance (e.g., pub doorways, designated outdoor areas), supporting oral health maintenance between dental appointments, and minimising environmental residue on fabrics and upholstery — especially valuable in rental properties or shared student housing common in UK cities.
