Organic oregano from Sicily. On the rocky and sunny soils of the Iblei Mountains, in the heart of South-Eastern Sicily, aromatic herbs with an intense and persistent aroma grow, which are manually harvested, processed, dried and carefully packaged by expert hands. The "Dolci Evasioni" are carried out inside the Syracuse prison, to facilitate the employment of the prisoners. From a rehabilitation point of view this activity represents the possibility of a change: in this context the prisoners acquire professionalism and rediscover the full dignity of workers. Particular attention is paid to the needs of the person, in an atmosphere of mutual respect. It is recommended to use with salads, main courses, roasted vegetables. Keep in a cool and dry place.
