DSP Stepper Driver Dual 48V 7.2A

Measures 12 × 7.8 × 3.5 cm and weighs approximately 280 g. Housing material: black ABS over multilayer PCB. Designed for two-phase stepper motors including NEMA 17 and NEMA 23. Accepts DC input from 24 V to 80 V, with typical use at 36 V DC and minimum power rating ≥ 200 VA. Output current is user-adjustable from 2.4 A to 7.2 A in eight fixed increments of 0.5 A. Drives each phase independently using constant-current PWM technique for accurate current regulation and thermal control. Optical isolation allows safe interfacing with microcontrollers, PLCs, or industrial I/O — supports common cathode, common anode, and differential input modes; accepts step pulses up to 200 kHz. Delivers exceptionally smooth motion at low speeds: no vibration, minimal audible noise. Maintains sub-micron positioning accuracy in electrically noisy conditions thanks to enhanced shielding and grounding design. Insulation resistance > 500 MΩ; passes 500 V AC dielectric test for 60 seconds. Operates passively cooled; requires installation in clean, dry, non-corrosive air with ambient temperature 0–50°C and humidity < 80% RH (non-condensing).
