Dual-Function Gutter-to-Downspout Funnel

Compact yet high-capacity unit measuring 240 mm (L) × 240 mm (W) × 220 mm (H), weighing approx. 1.3 kg. Designed as a dual-role component: first, a multiway collector for roof gutter intersections; second, a refined leader head for gutter-to-downspout transitions. Built from UV-stabilised PVC — formulated for mechanical strength and weather resistance across UK climatic zones, from Scottish highlands to Cornish coasts. Features an open-top funnel with integrated top inlet (for gutter outlet connection) and bottom outlet (accepts 65 mm round or 65 × 65 mm square downspouts). Rear face includes accurately spaced, countersunk mounting holes for straightforward eaves-level wall installation. Its hydraulic design absorbs flow surges at roof corners — where two gutters converge — and simultaneously transforms turbulent gutter discharge into quiet, contained downspout entry. This dual functionality removes the need for separate corner collectors and leader heads, streamlining specification and reducing on-site inventory. Suited to retrofit and new-build projects across UK housing stock — particularly effective on roofs with dormers, bay windows or rear extensions that create complex drainage junctions. Integrates cleanly with existing cast iron, PVC-U or aluminium gutter systems without requiring system-wide replacement.
