A spring-loaded clamping plate rises autonomously—removing the need to manually lift or adjust splints mid-session. The quick-clamp jaw secures knives in seconds, with zero tools required. The stone holder rotates fully 180°, allowing instant reversal without unmounting. Integrated silicone gaskets cushion both the knife spine and tabletop—preserving finish and preventing movement.
