Dual-Supply Linear Actuator Motor Controller

A purpose-built motor controller for electric linear actuators, engineered to accept both AC and DC input power and operate reliably across 12V, 14V, 16V, 18V, 24V, 28V and 36V DC supply levels. Its physical dimensions support straightforward panel or DIN-rail mounting, and its lightweight design (approx. 180g) eases integration into mobile or modular systems. Internal circuitry prioritises thermal stability and signal integrity, using low-noise switching elements and reinforced isolation. With a minimal quiescent current of 16mA and a controlled working current of 48mA, it balances responsiveness with energy discipline. Directional commands — forward, reverse, up, down and stop — are executed seamlessly via the supplied remote unit. Commonly deployed in home automation subsystems, maker-driven electronic assemblies and 12V–36V vehicle platforms where consistent, low-maintenance actuator control is expected.
