1. After the RS485 is connected, the IP address and port are fixed and cannot be modified. It operates exclusively as a server. 2. Connect the cable and open the server port at 192.168.0.72:5000 to enable bidirectional data transfer. 3. The serial port used to display the help document is optional. 4. Power the device with a 7–28 V DC supply. This product functions as a server. During operation, connect a cable to the client, access the specified IP address and port, and transmit data to the RS485 interface. Data can also be sent from the RS485 interface to connected devices. 5. If the device is functioning correctly, it returns “READY” via RS485.
