Fast-Curing High-Conductivity Thermal Glue

Fast-setting thermal adhesive glue engineered for high-efficiency heat transfer and robust mechanical bonding. Thermal conductivity >0.671 W/m·K supports efficient thermal coupling between processors, chipsets, and heatsinks. Each unit contains two 10 g white paste tubes (5.5 cm length). Cures fully in 3 minutes at 25°C; surface sets in 10 minutes. Shear strength: 1.5 MPa. Service temperature range: -60°C to 200°C continuous, 300°C short-term. Safe for use on MOSFETs, ICs, LED modules, and heatsink fins. No solvents, non-toxic, electrically insulating. Ideal for applications requiring immediate handling after application — such as prototyping, repair, or low-volume manufacturing. The paste remains workable for 10 minutes post-extrusion, allowing repositioning before surface set. Its elasticity accommodates thermal stress without cracking, and thin-layer application (0.1–0.5 mm) maximises thermal performance while minimising risk of overflow onto adjacent components. Common implementations include retrofitting passive cooling on legacy server boards, securing heatsinks on FPGA development kits, and enhancing thermal contact in fanless embedded PCs where airflow is limited and conduction must be maximised.
