Fiberglass Magnetic Door Screen

Measures 38 x 81.6 inches and fits standard door openings up to 36 x 80 inches (door leaf only, excluding frame). Made from high-performance grey fiberglass mesh — superior in tensile strength, UV resistance, and colour retention compared to conventional polyester or entry-level fiberglass. Equipped with continuous magnetic sealing along the full-height centre seam, combining elongated magnetic strips and precisely spaced magnetic blocks for consistent alignment and zero gaps. Reinforced with a 1.6-inch industrial-grade Velcro strip across the top edge — offering greater surface contact and holding power than narrower 1-inch alternatives. Includes complete mounting kit: Velcro tape, thumbtacks for added stability, and dual-side buckles to hold the screen fully open when needed. The tightly woven mesh reliably excludes mosquitoes, flies, gnats, and other airborne pests while preserving cross-ventilation, natural light transmission, and clear outward visibility. Its self-closing magnetic action supports seamless, repeated use — especially valuable in homes with active children, dogs, cats, or daily garden access. Ideal for UK-facing exterior applications including front entrances, rear patios, conservatories, and French door configurations — serving as a functional, non-permanent upgrade to traditional fly screens.
