Flexible Spring Steel Cool Plate

Standard AD5X-compatible size (220 × 220 mm), made from high-hardness spring steel with dual-sided microporous polymer coating. Total weight ~380 g. Designed specifically for PLA (30–50°C) and PETG (50–70°C) printing—unsuitable for ABS, PC, or high-temp filaments. The engineered porosity of the polymer layer creates uniform micro-grip across the entire surface, ensuring consistent first-layer adhesion—even on complex geometries or large footprints. Combined with the plate’s thermal responsiveness, this reduces preheat time and stabilises bed temperature faster than rigid alternatives. Integrated side handle enables secure, tool-free removal from the printer. Bending the plate just 5–8° breaks adhesion cleanly; its elastic recovery ensures flatness is restored within seconds—ready for the next job. Dual surfaces eliminate downtime associated with cleaning or recoating between prints.
