Flexible Transparent PU Conduit

A 100mm outer diameter transparent PU conduit built for heavy-duty industrial fluid handling. Features seamless extrusion, consistent wall geometry, and intrinsic antistatic performance (surface resistivity 1×10⁷ Ω). Complies with EU Directive 2014/68/EU (PED) for Category I fluid service up to 10 bar at ≤120℃. Material composition includes MDI-based thermoplastic polyurethane with halogen-free flame retardants. It resists hydrolysis, microbial growth, and ozone-induced cracking — ideal for humid processing areas, wastewater treatment skids, and marine auxiliary systems. Operating weight: ~1.18 kg/m; minimum bend radius: 4×OD (400mm) without kinking. The crystal-clear profile supports remote camera-based flow analytics, manual leak detection via meniscus observation, and rapid commissioning verification — especially valuable in modular plant builds and temporary process hook-ups where speed and certainty are prioritised.
