FODMIX contains a special blend of digestive enzymes in high doses that help break down carbohydrates and sugars that are difficult to digest (FODMAP). FODMAP is a collective term for various types of fermentable carbohydrates (sugars) that are difficult to digest. FODMAPs include carbohydrates such as fructans and galactans, fructose, and lactose. Although sucrose is not officially classified as a FODMAP, it can also behave as a carbohydrate that is difficult to digest.
