Grooved Gnocchi Press Set

This 10-inch gnocchi press set features a hybrid construction of solid beechwood and corrosion-resistant metal components, delivering both structural rigidity and tactile comfort. Dimensions are approximately 25.4 cm long × 8 cm wide × 5 cm high, with an overall weight of ~350 g. The grooved and serrated roller surface is precision-cut to ensure uniform dough indentation and optimal release. The handle is shaped for palm-fit control, and the base includes subtle non-slip contours for countertop stability during use. Functionally, the tool enables consistent gnocchi sizing and surface texture — critical for even boiling and superior sauce cling. Its design accommodates standard UK/EU potato-to-flour ratios (e.g., 500 g potatoes + 150 g '00' flour), with no need for pre-cut dough portioning due to the roller’s self-regulating groove depth. Designed for real-world kitchen conditions, it suits weekly family meals, cooking education environments (e.g., school food tech classes or community workshops), and small-batch artisanal food prep. The wood grain varies naturally between units — a hallmark of authentic beechwood — and does not affect performance or durability.
