Heat-Set Insert Tool Set for 3D Printed Parts

Engineered specifically for reinforcing 3D-printed thermoplastic components, this kit contains a 220V EU-plug soldering iron, 130 brass thread inserts, six heat-set tips (M2–M8), two tip connecting rods, and one pair of precision tweezers. The iron’s heating element reaches working temperature rapidly and maintains stable output for consistent insert seating. Tips are machined to tight tolerances for snug fit within printed boss holes. Package weight: ~0.8 kg. Not intended for use with conductive filaments, carbon-filled composites or non-thermoplastic substrates.
