High-Sensitivity PIR 12V Auto Switch

Unit dimensions: Approx 90 × 60 × 45 mm (3.54 × 2.36 × 1.77 in). Mass: Approx 200 g. Power input: DC 12 V to 24 V. Output type: TTL-compatible digital signal. Delay duration: 9 seconds — self-resetting on every fresh motion input. Operational ambient range: -15 °C to +70 °C. Sensor type: Dual-element passive infrared, calibrated for low-noise performance and elevated sensitivity to human movement. Build: Reinforced plastic shell with integrated metal structural supports. Use guidance: Indoor-only placement. Must be installed clear of IR-blocking surfaces (e.g., glass), direct radiant heat sources, airflow paths, vibration zones, or unstable thermal gradients. Not intended for no-load or live-terminal connection. This switch eliminates manual switching for 12 V lighting by responding precisely to human presence — turning lights on at entry and maintaining them intelligently throughout activity, then powering down cleanly after stillness. Its logic mirrors natural user behaviour, not arbitrary timers. Suited to retrofit projects in older UK properties with existing 12 V lighting, modern modular furniture systems, mobile offices, and compact living conversions — wherever silent, secure, and maintenance-free automation adds tangible daily convenience.
