Each node on the CAN system requires a device to convert the digital signal from the CAN controller into a signal suitable for bus transmission. The device includes protection buffers between the CAN controller and high-voltage spikes on the CAN bus, which may originate from external sources. It supports an operating rate of up to 1 Mbps. It meets the physical layer requirements of the ISO-11898 standard. Compatible with both 12V and 24V systems. Features slope control for reduced RFI.
