Holm oak honey 4 kg

Mielar oak honey is harvested in oak forests throughout the Peninsula. It comes from the sugary secretions of the oak. Due to its high mineral content, it is traditionally used to combat the demineralization of the body. Honey is a very energetic food, as it has a high sugar content, between 70 and 80. With 25% fewer calories than conventional sugar (sucrose) but more sweetening power. This honey is dark and dense, with a strong aroma and malty flavor. It is recommended to eat or use according to the consumer's taste, combine it with your favorite dishes and desserts. Store at room temperature, in a cool, dry place protected from light. Once the product is opened for the first time, make sure to seal it well after use.
