Impact-Resistant Dado Insert

Engineered for 10-inch portable table saws with dado capability, this throat insert is compatible with Dewalt DWE7490, DWE7491, DWE7491RS (Type 2), and DWE7492 models. It supports stacked dado blades up to 8 inches in diameter and 13/16 inch wide. Made from impact-blend construction-grade plastic, it provides improved resistance to physical impact, thermal distortion, and incidental chemical exposure compared to standard plastic inserts. Its profile is precision-machined to ensure a secure, low-vibration fit — supporting safer, more accurate dado operations. The insert is yellow; minor visual variations due to lighting or display settings are normal and have no bearing on performance or fit.
