Inline Oil Water Separator Air Filter AFC2000 Pressure Regulator

Inline Oil Separator for Clean Compressed Air This inline oil separator forms part of a two-piece compressed air treatment system, designed to remove oil mist and moisture from the air supply. Working alongside the pressure reducing valve, it helps deliver cleaner, drier air to downstream pneumatic equipment, supporting consistent performance and longer service life. Simple Two-Stage Air Preparation The unit combines filtration and oil-water separation in one compact body. As compressed air passes through, oil mist and water droplets are captured and separated, reducing the risk of contamination reaching tools, cylinders and valves. This makes it a practical choice for workshop air lines, maintenance bays and light industrial setups where air quality matters. Durable Construction and Easy Installation Housed in a robust aluminium body, the separator is built for regular use in demanding environments. The inline design allows straightforward installation into existing air lines without complicated reconfiguration. Once fitted, it operates passively, requiring no manual intervention during normal running. Suitable for Pneumatic Systems This separator is compatible with standard compressed air systems and is commonly used ahead of pressure regulators and lubricators to prepare the air supply. It suits a range of pneumatic tools and equipment where removing oil and water before regulation helps maintain stable operation.
