L Jaw Coupling Insert 25mm Bore Urethane Flexible Solid Type, Red, 8 Pack

The Jaw Coupling Insert Set This set contains eight red jaw coupling inserts designed for use with L99 and L100 L-jaw couplings. Each insert has an inner diameter of 25 mm and an outer diameter of 63 mm, making them suitable for a range of standard L-jaw coupling applications. The solid urethane construction provides a dependable centre piece for your coupling assembly. Material and Build Each insert is manufactured from urethane, a material chosen for its combination of flexibility and durability. This construction helps the insert withstand the demands of regular operation within jaw coupling systems, offering a reliable component that maintains its shape and function over time. Performance and Operation The solid design of these inserts contributes to enhanced stability and torsional rigidity within the coupling. This supports efficient power transmission while the inherent flexibility of the urethane provides vibration-damping capabilities. By absorbing shock and reducing vibration, the insert helps minimise wear on connected machinery components, promoting smoother operation. Installation Fitting the insert is straightforward. Simply align the splines of the insert with the corresponding grooves in the L-jaw coupling and press it securely into place. Ensuring proper alignment and full engagement will optimise the coupling's performance and help maintain accurate power transfer between shafts.
