Layered Orthopedic Heel Wedge

Each insert consists of three separate foam layers: a primary 0.45-inch top wedge and two supplementary 0.2-inch layers, enabling precise, incremental height adjustment. Constructed using resilient, non-compressing foam that retains shape and support over repeated use. The heel cup follows certified anatomical contours and incorporates a measured medial-lateral slope to guide natural foot positioning. This design supports consistent rearfoot alignment during stance and gait, reducing abnormal torsion through the tibia and femur. It is suitable for long-term wear in stable, closed-back shoes where consistent positioning matters most — such as office footwear, walking trainers, or rehabilitation shoes. Intended for self-managed, gradual correction of functional leg length discrepancy, rotational gait deviations, and alignment-related discomfort arising from bow-leggedness, knock knees, or chronic pronation/supination habits.
