Shaft material: high-grade titanium alloy — low density, high tensile strength, fatigue-resistant. Handle and nut material: anodized aluminium alloy — bright surface, oxidation-resistant, scratch-resistant. Includes copper components for enhanced thread integrity and torque consistency. Manufactured using precision CNC cutting and electrochemical anodising for uniform grain structure and dimensional accuracy. Compatible with standard mountain bike hubs: front 100 mm (3.9 in), rear 135 mm (5.3 in) — fits most disc brake bicycles including hardtails and full-suspension models. Installs and releases smoothly with minimal hand effort, maintaining firm wheel retention under dynamic riding conditions.
