The MT6701 is a magnetic angle encoder chip based on the differential Hall principle. It senses the magnetic field component perpendicular to the chip surface during the rotation of magnetic radial magnets. The MT6701 outputs 0 to 360 degree angle signals. In addition to providing ABZ/UVW incremental output and Analog/PWM absolute angle output, the device offers 14-bit digital angle output via the I2C/SSI interface. Beyond rotation angle measurement, the MT6701 features a push output for single-chip button functionality combining rotation and press actions.
