Magnetic Foldable Yarn Spindle Box

Measures 15.2 × 15.2 × 3.8 cm when folded; weighs approximately 280 g. Made from sturdy, finely sanded wood with brass-threaded central hubs and included metal spindle rods. The box unfolds fully to serve as a stable, low-profile work surface and folds back into a neat square — optimised for minimal storage footprint. Four embedded corner magnets ensure fast, reliable closure, while custom-cut slots hold rods firmly in place. A sliding transparent cover reveals a recessed compartment designed exclusively for stitch markers and tapestry needles. The double-spindle configuration is built around two brass-threaded hubs: simply screw in the provided rods to create two separate, freely rotating yarn feeds. This supports simultaneous use of contrasting yarns or doubled strands without interference. The magnetic closure remains effective even after repeated folding, and the compact folded size makes it compatible with standard UK airline cabin baggage dimensions. Engineered for real-world portability: slips effortlessly into laptop sleeves, crossbody bags or knitting project totes — no bulky cases or extra padding required. Keeps yarn under controlled tension and accessories accounted for, whether you're knitting on a London commuter train or relaxing in a Brighton seaside café.
