Multi-Position 1-Inch Flag Mount

A precision-engineered aluminium flag bracket designed for the UK’s variable climate and diverse housing stock. Constructed from T6-tempered 6063 aluminium, then sealed with a Class 2 weather-resistant coating (BS EN 12206-1 compliant), it withstands decades of exposure without flaking, blistering or rust formation. Inner diameter is exactly 1 inch (25.4 mm), with honed internal surfaces to protect pole coatings. Overall size: approx. 18 × 12 × 6 cm; weight: 0.45 kg — compact yet structurally sound for sustained outdoor duty. The bracket’s pivot assembly allows 13 fixed-angle placements (every ~15°) between horizontal and vertical, each confirmed by audible and tactile engagement — ideal for optimising flag visibility on listed buildings, tenement façades, or ground-floor flats with restricted airspace. Its open-top cradle design supports not only flags but also lightweight seasonal items: wreaths, banners, hanging planters or small conifer trees. All mounting components — four A2 stainless steel countersunk screws (50 mm length, M6 thread) and four heavy-duty nylon expansion anchors — are selected for compatibility with UK-standard wall builds, including insulated cavity walls and lime-rendered exteriors.
